Rules of the BlogAThon
Everyone is invited to participate. Submit you blogs between April 1st and July 1st to receive an Ortelius “Ambassador” digital badge to get recognized for your efforts.
Blogs will be reviewed by the Ortelius Outreach committee to determine their qualifications or need to be pushed back to the author for updates.

How to Submit Your Blog
Join the Ortelius GitHub Repository and attach your blog to a Pull Request associated to an existing issue or create a new issue for your blog. For new issues, use the “2026 BlogAThon” label. Your Blog should be submitted in markdown format.
For videos, create a new issue with a request to have your video added to the Ortelius Youtube channel.
- Upload your video to a the 2026 Blogathon Video Folder and include the link in your GitHub Issue. Your video will then be uploaded to the Ortelius Demo Playlist Channel.
- If you have your own Youtube channel, provide the link where we can reference your video in the Ortelius YouTube Channel Demo Playlist.
